It is how people judge your leadership before and while you speak: your clarity, composure, voice, body language and how well you read the room. It is a skill, and it grows with practice and feedback.
The cohort is a group program with a fixed 8-week plan and peer practice. 1:1 coaching is private and built around your calendar.
No. Live coaching in front of the group is voluntary. You still practise every week inside your pod of 3 to 4 people.
90 minutes live, plus one task you do inside meetings you already have.
