These terms apply when you use mridubhandari.com or buy anything from it. By using the website or making a payment, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

This website is run by MentorLeap, owned by Mridu Bhandari (“we”, “us”). Our office is at L-43, Tulsi Marg, Noida, Gautambuddha Nagar – 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India.

2. Who can use this website

You must be 18 or older to buy from us. You agree to give us correct details when you sign up or pay.

3. What we offer

Live webinars and masterclasses
Cohort programmes
1:1 coaching
Free email challenges and other free content
Corporate training, event anchoring and podcast hosting

We may add, change or stop any offer at any time.

4. Prices and payment

The price is the one shown at checkout. GST is added as per law.
Payments are handled by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank details.
Your booking is confirmed only when we receive full payment, or the first instalment if you choose an instalment plan.
If you pay in instalments, you agree to pay the full price. We may pause your access if a payment is late.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy. It is part of these terms.

6. Live webinars and masterclasses

Webinars are live. They are not recorded and no replay is given.
Your joining link is for you only. Do not share it.
If you miss a session, it is not refunded or replaced.
We may change the date, time or platform. If we do, we will tell you by email or WhatsApp.
If you volunteer for live coaching during a session, you agree to be coached in front of the other attendees.

7. Cohort programmes

Seats are limited and are for the person who booked.
Attending sessions and doing the work is your responsibility. Missed sessions are counted as used.
Cohort sessions may or may not be recorded. We do not promise a recording or replay of any session. By joining, you agree to be part of a recording if a session is recorded.
Other members may share details about their work and companies. You agree to keep what they share private.
If a programme offers a certificate, we will tell you what you need to do to earn it.

8. 1:1 coaching

1:1 coaching is offered after a discovery call. It runs on a separate coaching agreement that we share before you pay. If that agreement and these terms differ, the coaching agreement applies.

9. Corporate training, anchoring and podcast hosting

These services are offered on request. Each booking runs on a separate written proposal or agreement. Details on this website are for information only and are not a binding offer.

10. Community rules

Some programmes include a WhatsApp group or other community space. When you join one:

Be respectful. No abuse, hate or harassment.
No spam, selling or promotion of your own products or services.
Do not share another member’s messages, contact details or personal information outside the group.
Do not add members to other groups or message them for sales.

We may remove anyone who breaks these rules. No refund is given if you are removed.

11. Our content and trademarks

Everything on this website and in our programmes belongs to us or our licensors. This includes videos, slides, workbooks, emails, frameworks and scripts.

The IMPACT Matrix, Speak with Impact and Inside-Outside Compass are our trademarks.

When you buy a programme, you get a personal, non-transferable right to use the material for your own learning. You may not:

Record, screenshot or download our live sessions
Copy, share, resell or publish our material
Use our material or frameworks to teach, train or coach others
Share your login or joining link with anyone

If you do, we may end your access without a refund and take legal action.

12. Your feedback and testimonials

If you send us feedback, a review or a testimonial, you allow us to use it in our marketing. We will ask you before we use your name, photo or video.

13. No guarantee of results

Our programmes teach communication and leadership skills. Your results depend on your own effort and situation. We do not promise a promotion, a job, a pay rise or any other result. Please read our Disclaimer.

14. Limit of liability

We provide the website and our programmes on an “as is” basis. To the extent the law allows:

We are not liable for any indirect loss, loss of income or loss of opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the programme the claim is about.

We are not responsible for problems caused by your internet, your device or third-party platforms such as Zoom, Zoho, WhatsApp or payment gateways.

15. Links to other websites

Our website may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. It is part of these terms.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The new version applies from the date it is posted on this page.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gautambuddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
