For 21+ years I have worked across CNBC-TV18, Forbes India, Moneycontrol and CNN-News18. I have interviewed Ministers, policymakers and Fortune 500 CEOs on live television and on stage. No second takes. An audience that decides in seconds.
Somewhere along the way I stopped watching what leaders said and started watching how they said it. Who held the room. Who lost it. And why.
