Everything sold on mridubhandari.com is digital or delivered live. We do not ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges.
How you get access
- Live webinar or masterclass. We send your confirmation and joining details by email and WhatsApp within 1 hour of payment.
- Cohort programme. We send a welcome email with the schedule and joining details within 24 hours of payment.
- 1:1 coaching. Our team contacts you to book your sessions within 2 working days of payment.
We send everything to the email address and phone number you enter at checkout. Please make sure they are correct.
If you do not receive it
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Check that you entered the right email address and phone number.
- If you still have nothing, use the form on our Contact Us page. Choose “Billing & Policies” and add your payment reference. We will send your access again.
Changes to session dates
If the date or time of a live session changes, we will tell you by email or WhatsApp.
International customers
Our programmes are online and open to customers outside India. All session times are shown in Indian Standard Time (IST).
